About me
Cloud Architecture Engineer and Senior Full Stack / AI Engineer with about a decade of experience across web platforms, backend services, Azure infrastructure, DevOps, observability, and AI-powered systems.
My recent work focuses on Azure environment design, Terraform-managed infrastructure, AKS production readiness, CI/CD, realtime chat reliability, and internal operations tooling for support, developers, and data analysts.
Current focus
Azure cloud architecture and Terraform-managed infrastructure
AKS production-readiness, autoscaling, and capacity planning
CI/CD, deployment reliability, and release troubleshooting
Observability, incident investigation, and AI/chat platform reliability
Focus Areas
Azure cloud architecture, DevOps, observability, AI systems, and platform reliability.
Cloud Architecture
Design of Azure test/dev and production-preview environments using Terraform, AKS, PostgreSQL, Redis, Key Vault, storage, and monitoring services.
DevOps and CI/CD
Deployment automation across backend, chat, profiling, frontend, and supporting services using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, secrets, and migrations.
Observability
Monitoring and incident investigation workflows across Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Grafana, Sentry, ClickHouse, Mixpanel, and PostgreSQL.
AI Systems
OpenAI and Azure OpenAI integration, realtime chat systems, WebSocket reliability, quota planning, and production-readiness for AI-enabled workflows.
Internal Tools
Operations dashboards for support, developers, and data users with session lookup, transcript analysis, exports, cost estimation, health views, and access control.
Full-Stack Platforms
Full-stack platform services using React, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, authentication, integrations, and production troubleshooting.
Selected Work
Selected cloud, DevOps, AI, and reliability work with production impact.
KAION Azure Environment Modernization
Problem: new KAION environments needed repeatable infrastructure and migration readiness.
Work: designed Terraform-managed Azure test/dev and production-preview environments with AKS, PostgreSQL, Redis, Key Vault, storage, App Services, monitoring, and CI/CD readiness.
Result: reduced configuration drift and created a clearer path for future production migration.
CI/CD and Deployment Standardization
Problem: service deployments needed more repeatable release paths across environments.
Work: improved deployment workflows for backend, chat, profiling, frontend, and supporting services with branch-based releases, secrets, and migration steps.
Result: reduced manual release risk and improved deployment troubleshooting.
KAION Insights Panel
Problem: support, developers, and data users needed one place to inspect sessions and platform health.
Work: built a Next.js dashboard with Microsoft login, role management, session lookup, transcript views, cost estimation, exports, and health views.
Result: improved operational visibility and shortened investigation workflows.
Chat Reliability and Load Testing
Problem: realtime chat workloads needed validation for production reliability and capacity planning.
Work: investigated WebSocket failures, Redis/PostgreSQL behavior, telemetry gaps, OpenAI realtime limits, and AKS capacity signals.
Result: ran 50, 100, and 250-user Locust scenarios to support AKS sizing, HPA/autoscaling decisions, and quota planning.
Observability and Monitoring Strategy
Problem: support and engineering signals were spread across multiple monitoring and analytics systems.
Work: connected Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Grafana, Sentry, ClickHouse, Mixpanel, PostgreSQL, and app logs.
Result: created clearer reliability workflows and reduced blind spots during incident investigation.
Platform Services and Integrations
Problem: platform services and integrations needed ongoing ownership across environments and releases.
Work: maintained Node.js, Express.js, and Next.js services, Cognifit and ComplyCube integrations, authentication flows, and production support paths.
Result: improved service continuity and developer support for infrastructure, deployment, and debugging work.
